Brian Williamson presented at the Competition Matters 2015 conference on competition and regulation in Wellington, New Zealand. Brian’s presentation provided an overview of regulatory developments in communications markets in Europe, and touched on several different regulatory issues including the rise of OTT, anchor product pricing and the retirement of legacy services.
