Plum workshop on the bootstrap modelling approach to spectrum and data demand

Plum hosted a workshop on its bootstrap model for valuing spectrum – a novel approach in which data traffic and network build-out are allowed to adjust to changing prices and costs. By modelling operator and consumer decisions, this model may better reflect reality and therefore give a more economically-grounded estimate of spectrum value and future mobile traffic demand.
