These included spectrum requirements for IMT and candidate bands for consideration at WRC15, mobile capacity and the spectrum crunch, the need to support digital terrestrial television, spectrum sharing and factors to be considered when making spectrum assignment decisions. Following this Tony moderated a panel of local industry experts that considered these issues and a number of other topics including the spectrum requirements for Public Protection and Disaster Relief (PPDR).
